You will be happy to know our prices are FULLY inclusive of electricity, gas, bed linen and towels. And we are open all year long!

Please email, text or call us direct your holiday dates, number of guests and pets, and we will respond ASAP with confirmation of availability and costs.

Dogs are charged at £30 per dog, per stay (maximum 2). Use of the sofa bed (The Plough),  single Z-Bed, or single inflatable mattress will be charged at £50 per person, per stay, when available.

The travel cot and high chair is free of charge when available.

Ideally during the school holidays it is a 7 night minimum stay. However we try to be flexible to fit in with your needs.

THE BARN AND THE GRANARY – Typically FRIDAY changeover.

THE PLOUGH AND THE HARROW – Typically SATURDAY changeover.

The rest of the year a 3 night minimum charge typically applies to all of our cottages. Please enquire.

Check-in – after 4pm / Check-out – by 10am (We can be flexible on the arrival and departure time, but via prior agreement).
