From the M5, leave at J27 and follow the A361 towards Tiverton and Barnstaple. At South Molton, turn right onto the A399 towards Combe Martin.Continue on the A399 to Combe Martin.Drive through Combe Martin passing the beach on the right and follow the road towards Ilfracombe. About a mile after the beach, take the second turning left signposted to Berrynarbor, opposite the Sawmill Public House. Follow this road and turn right just after the 30mph sign signposted to the Sterridge Valley. Follow this road round to the left ( do not go up Haggington Hill) and Middle Lee Farm is the white building on the right after about 300 metres.Take the second drive, just after the sign saying Middle Lee Farm. Follow this drive around to the right which leads to ample parking.
